Take Time To Slow Down

Happy New Year friends and thanks for stopping by. This past year went by so fast, that it's almost a blur. I don't want 2015 to go by quite so fast, so this year I'm promising myself to slow down, to live in the moment, to take time to smell the roses...literally! I want each day to be meaningful. I want to make at least one person smile each day..to include myself! I want to have at least one good belly laugh each day. They say that laughter's the best medicine. I want to take time to eat healthier and excercise more. I want to enjoy each day of this journey called life, so that in twenty years, when I look back over my life, it isn't a blur! But a life full of wonderful memories and stories to share with my family. I challenge you...to do the same.
